RTN's BDA Program Explained...

Before work begins on your project, we will provide you with access to such things as your online proposal, pictures of your roof, videos of specific areas of concern, and other information as it becomes necessary.

During the time that we are working on you roofing project, we will keep you up-to-date by providing access to 'before and after' pictures and videos that help you to see the progress being made. (Note: The size of your roofing project may dictate certain aspects of this program.)  We will provide you with a customized Hot Line so that you can contact us in case of an emergency.  This is designed so that you will be able to contact the specific individuals in charge or your project and get an immediate response.

After your project is completed, our goal is to schedule a follow-up meeting with you or your representative(s).  At that meeting we will leave with you 'before and after' pictures of you project, discuss with you aspects discussed during the proposal process; i.e., explaining what we did and why we did it.  If the roofing inspection has taken place by the time of this meeting, we will provide you with the manufacturer's written warranty and discuss all the relevant and on-going maintenance issues of which you need to be aware.

Our BDA program is unique in the industry and gives you the confidence that we will go out of our way to keep you informed and fully-satisfied with your roofing experience.  We will keep you in the loop before your project begins, during the installation process, and after your new roof has been installed.  All you need to do in order to qualify is to do business with us.
