Preferred Customer Agreement (PCA)

For all signed and dated PCAs, RTN Roofing agrees to provide the following roofing services:

A Reactive, No Obligation Service Agreement

  • On-Demand Leak Response
  • Mobile Service Dispatch App
  • 30 Minute Return Phone Call Response
    (During normal business hours. May be longer during non-business hours)
  • Photographic Documentation
  • Real-Time Service Monitoring (Ask us how)

Service visits are billed at discounted rates based upon the signed and dated PCA. Ask your RTN sales representative or contact us for more information.

Our No Obligation Guarantee

We are so confident that you’ll be happy with our customer service and work performance, that we offer our unique PCA with absolutely no obligation or long-term contract. In fact, this agreement can be cancelled at any time simply by emailing us. That’s it. But we’re confident that will never happen. We want to keep your business and we will go out of our way to provide you with the best customer service possible. Our workmanship is backed by our Service Guarantee, which can be found as part of your PCA document or by accessing our online Service Terms and Conditions page. We will provide you with roofing solutions that put your interests first, protecting your very important roofing assets and giving you the peace of mind you deserve.

Service Terms and Conditions

All work performed as part of this agreement is governed by our Service Terms and Conditions. RTN reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time and for any reason. Price increases to the the service rates will be provided for approval prior to any subsequent work. You can’t lose!
